My first post!! woots!! Hope its not the last.
Was viewing some videos recently and i came across a video titled:
"Barry Schwartz on our loss of wisdom"
The first mins of the video have already blow me away!!
He talks about the job scope of a Janitor and after that he talks about the janitor experience.
The truth is the job scope of a janitor does not require human contact or interaction, but
it is only right to not vacuum the floor when the visitors are sleeping in the lounge and stuff like that.
Then he goes about tell practical wisdom.
It really apply in our serving, we must know when and how to make an exception to the rules.
When a old lady who is suffers leg injury does not want to go down the stairs, but we insist that she goes down. This is obeying the rules but working without thinking and wisdom.

wow...took me long to come to our blog to see this video...! The story of the janitor really blew one's mind, its so applicable to how we serve people these days. Hope there can be more encouraging post onto our blog!
